I.C.R. Drywall offers a competitive benefits package. The Company pays
for 50% of the medical and dental premiums and the employee pays the remaining
50% of the premiums.
Our medical plan allows you to receive reduced deductibles and
coinsurance utilizing PPO providers:
PPO Deductibles:
 | $250.00 single |
 | $500 family 10% coinsurance |
Out of Pocket Maximums:
 | $750.00 single |
 | $1500.00 family |

Prescription Drugs
 | $15.00 or 25% copayments-generic substitution is mandatory |

Group Dental Benefits
 | Preventive services covered 100% with no deductibles owed. |
 | Basic services are paid at 80% by the plan |
 | Major services are paid at 50% level. |
 | $50.00 deductible per person or $150.00 per family must be met before any
basic services are paid by the plan. |
401(k) Savings Plan
I.C.R. Drywall offers a company match of 25%.
Eligibility for our 401(k) Savings Plan begins as long as you are at least
21 years old and have worked for the company for one (1) year and have 1,000
hours of service. The initial entrance to our plan will begin the first of the
month following the employee's anniversary date.

Flexible Spending Accounts
Annual contributions to the flex accounts are made by the employee only.
The amount contributed is strictly at the employee's discretion, as long as it
does not exceed the plans maximum dollar amount allowable per year.

Life Insurance
I.C.R. Drywall pays 100% of the premiums for Group Life Insurance,
Accidental Death and Dismemberment, and Dependent Life coverage.
 | Group Life Value: $50,000 per employee |
 | Accidental Death Value: 100% of Life Value |
 | Dismemberment Value: The value is determined by the actual state of
dismemberment. |
 | Dependent Life: $5,000 Spouse and each dependent child between the ages
of 14 days to age 19 years (age 25 years for full time students) |
Short Term Disability
I.C.R. Drywall pays 100% of the premium.
 | Benefits are available after 90 days of full time employment if you are
unable to work due to a covered illness, injury, or maternity at 60% of your
average pay. |
Long Term Disability
I.C.R. Drywall pays 100% of the premium.
 | Benefits are available on the 181st day of disability if you are unable
to work in your own job due to a covered illness or injury. |

Paid Time Off (PTO) Program
I.C.R. Drywall also offers a Paid Time Off (PTO) program to every active
field or warehouse employee who has worked 1700 or more hours at the end of
our fiscal year (May 31). The PTO benefit is based on your employment class
and may be used during the next 12 months of employment after the employee has
met the previous years eligibility requirements.
